I am very happy with my purchase and the amount of quality service I received. I had seen this bathing suit on the website but it was no longer available. When I reached out to customer service they told me they still had a very limited stock of them left and to let them know what I was looking for. I just received my suits in the mail, and from the adorable packaging to the perfect fit, I am IN LOVE! I will never buy a swimsuit anywhere else from now on. While this is the most I've ever spent on a suit, I can say I'm glad I took the plunge because with TeenyB you really pay for what you get. I just wanted to send a note of thanks. I have been searching for a very particular bikini bottom for myself for some time. I was sick of the run of the mill bottoms that you find at VS, etc. I liked the pucker butt bottom when it came out, but have found few brands that actually fit the way they are intended to look. After many disappointments I thought I was searching for a bottom cut that just didn't exist. When talk of a sunny vacation came along last month I decided to search the web yet again for my "unicorn" bottom. And wal-la! I found Teeny B. I have to admit the price for just a bottom was quite high for me, but after much contemplation (and a million alternate views on your website) I decided to take the chance and order the Classic Shortie in Planet (actually my boyfriend ordered it as my bday gift ;) ) And how pleasantly surprised was I when I received the order!
First off, the status and tracking update emails were great. I felt very aware and at ease that my order was processed and the wheels were in motion. The processing and shipping portion of my order was quick and efficient. Next, the packaging and presentation of the order upon arrival was actually exciting. The silver gift box with the die cut clear front was just beautiful. And then just as impressive, I found the bottoms delicately wrapped in tissue paper and fasenten with a pretty silver sticker. The seperate care instructions booklet and customer service business card were also nice touches that left me feeling very much in touch with your company. I also loved the logo sticker, very smart! Finally, last but not least, the bottoms were even better than I thought they would be. The color is awesome and the fit is even better! You can really feel the quality in the elasticisty and material of the fabric.
Overall, I have to say I am very very pleased with your company and product! I am the Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding and we have a big Vegas bachelorette party this August so I will be sure to have all the girls check out your site so we're the hottest bunch out there!! Keep up the good work! And if you ever need a NYC/LI representive, I would love to help out in anyway.
