When will my order ship?
Your order should be processed and shipped in approximately 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase for all IN STOCK items. Note that there may be delays during high volume times including holidays. We offer several different methods of shipping. The delivery of your TeenyB package will also depend on your choice of shipping method and customs of your country (if applicable).

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer several different shipping methods.
USPS Priority Mail: Packages are delivered in a average of 2-4 days to most Continental US destinations from shipping date.
USPS Priority Express Mail: Packages are delivered in a average of 1-2 days to most Continental US destinations from shipping date.
USPS Global Express: Packages are delivered to your countries customs within 3-4 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for International orders. Your delivery date is influenced by your local governments importing processes which we cannot influence.
USPS International Flat Rate: Packages are delivered to your countries customs within 6-10 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for International orders. Your delivery date is influenced by your local governments importing processes which we cannot influence.
UPS GROUND: Packages are delivered in a average of 5-7 business days to most Continental US destinations from shipping date.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT: 3 business days.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR: 2 business days.
International customers also note that some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your countries customs processing branch. It is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) to pay such charges. We can not predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a order status update email with your tracking information so that you will know when to expect your package. It is very important that your email address is entered correctly to receive this important order information.

Do I have to pay shipping on exchange items?
To ensure product availability we do not offer exchanges. A new order must be placed online. For any returns, you may request for a prepaid shipping label to be emailed to you. A $9.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Email Customer Service with your Order number.

What is your return policy?
Should you be dissatisfied in any way with our product, we are happy to refund your money within thirty (30) days of delivery for United States orders and sixty (60) days for international customers. We require that you keep all tags attached to the merchandise when trying it on, or your refund will not be accepted. If any garment appears to look worn or used, a refund will not be provided. A pantyliner is included in all orders for use when trying on bikini bottoms. We strongly recommend using them, or wearing an undergarment to keep from potentially damaging the garment. Be sure to provide a completed copy of your return form.

Can I make an exchange?
Due to high demand, we will not offer exchanges. Please place a new order online and return the items that did not work out for you.

Do your suits come lined?
Not all of our suits come lined. IF they are lined, they are mentioned in the product description on the website. For a quick breakdown reference, generally these guidelines apply)
B.Classic - No items come lined
B.Luxe - All Items are lined
B.Couture - Many of our items offer lining
B.Naturale - Most of our items offer lining.

Do your suits come with padding?
We do not offer any padding options at this time.

Are your mesh suits see-through?
Yes. Though some of the mesh suits may be less see through than others, they are still mesh. We now have a limited number of mesh suits that come with lining. You are able to identify them by reading the product description.

How do I properly care for my TeenyB swimsuit?
Hand washing is recommended. Use a mild detergent, never bleach. Do not dry. Lay item flat to dry. Do not mix light and dark colors when washing. Do not leave your bikini wet and bunched with other colors as it may lead to bleeding. Over time, some colors may lose their vibrancy due to its color steadfastness (mostly with neon and brights). Heavy tanning oils may stain fabric. Prolonged exposure to chlorine may lead to color loss.

Will the pattern of the suit I ordered be exact to the one on the site?
Due to the nature of some patterns there may be slight variations with the prints. Some patterns may not be the exact replica shown in the photo.

How do I get help choosing the proper size?

sizing charts available on the website. However, there is always a specialist available to help you with any sizing or style questions you may have. Please
contact customer service and one of our specialists will be more than happy to help in the process of finding the perfect size and fit for you.

According to your sizing chart, I am between sizes. Should I go larger or smaller?
Depending on the suit. We pride ourselves on our quick customer service, and because choosing either larger or smaller depends solely on the product you are inquiring about, we encourage you to contact customer service so we may best provide you with an educated answer.
If you prefer to do it on your own, a few quick guidelines for reference. (BOTTOMS ONLY)
B.Classic - has elastic side straps offer a snug fit around hips. Standard Sizing
B.Luxe - has narrow binding, smaller elastic straps which offer an illusion of being smaller. Standard Sizing
B.Couture - OASIS Collection & SIRENS Collection do not have stretch in the side straps. If between sizes, please size up. All remaining collections are Standard Sizing
B.Naturale - has no elastic strapping with most stretch across hips. If between sizes, we suggest sizing down.

Is the Enhanced Cut Triangle Top larger than the Classic Triangle Top?
No, the Enhanced Triangle Top is NOT larger than the Classic Triangle top. The Enhanced Triangle Top is in fact less coverage. There is a curvature to the inside of the triangle that enhances the look of your cleavage. It is not a true “congruent” triangle.
