TeenyB is committed to providing superior customer service and customer satisfaction.

Should you be dissatisfied in any way with our product, we are more than happy to issue a refund on your purchase.

Any items returned must be unworn and with original tags attached. When trying on the bikini bottom, you must use the hygienic liner included with your original order. If any garment appears to look worn or used, an exchange or refund will not be provided.

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED for INTIMATES.

Returns will not be given on custom orders.

Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of delivery for United States orders and sixty (60) days for international customers.

Any returns considered for a late return are subject to a Restocking Fee of $25 per item. Late accepted returns are issued in the form of a gift certificate.

Exchange Policy

To ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible, we do not offer exchanges on any order. Please place a NEW order online.

Price Adjustment Policy

We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Return Procedure

Return Via Mail
Print and complete our return form and send it back with the products. NO RMA NUMBER is needed at this time. We will issue one once the products are received.
To request a prepaid return label, please email customer service with your order number.

Return Shipping Labels

Initiate a Return Now and fill out entirely. If you wish to receive a prepaid return label, please email customer service with your order number. We will email you a prepaid label that you can print and use for your return. $9.00 will be deducted from your refund. You DO NOT need to input your RMA number to ship your return back. We can and will issue it once the return is in process.

At this time, we cannot provide prepaid labels for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. You are responsible for all shipments back to our facilities. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
